If an airline has changed a size or a fee and our page still shows the old figure, send the link to the carrier’s own page and we will check it and update the record with a fresh verification date. Tell us the airline and the fare you were flying, because many allowances differ by fare type.
We also want to hear about enforcement: a gate sizer that measured differently from the published box, a cabin bag weighed where the airline says it does not weigh, a fee charged that the fee page does not list. That is the information no airline publishes and the reason the site exists.
