Every airline we have checked, 302 carriers across seven regions, with the carry-on size, personal item, checked allowance and bag fees read off each carrier's own baggage page and stamped with the date they were last verified. Search by name or IATA code, or browse A to Z.
The same allowance is rarely the same rule twice. US carriers publish a box size and no cabin weight, European and Asian carriers cap the overhead bag at 7 to 12 kg and weigh it, and the ultra low cost airlines on every continent include only a personal item in the base fare. Checked allowances swing from one bag at 23 kg to two at 32 kg depending on the route and the fare, and on a connecting ticket the most significant carrier rule decides whose allowance applies.
Each airline page shows the data table first, then what travelers report about enforcement at that carrier's gates. Pages marked unverified say so plainly and publish no figure we could not read from the airline itself.
