Silver members get one extra 23 kg piece on Classic and Flex fares. Gold and Diamond members get two extra pieces at the same weight.

Gold and Diamond members flying Business get one extra 32 kg piece. There is a catch, though.

The ticket has to be issued by Avianca. Every segment has to be operated by Avianca, not a codeshare partner.
