What each TAG fare includes
Tarifa Light is the base fare and includes a carry-on only, with no checked bag. Tarifa Flexi adds one checked bag. Tarifa Plus adds two checked bags, priority boarding and free seat selection on flights TAG itself operates.

TAG’s own site did not show a specific inch or centimeter limit for that carry-on piece. It listed only the 10 lb cap. Many TAG routes fly small aircraft, so measure your bag against a carry-on size checker before you reach the gate.
Checked baggage weight and size
TAG’s own baggage page lists a maximum checked piece of 22 by 12 by 12 inches, or 60 by 35 by 35 cm. That size cap holds on both routes. The weight cap is what changes, from 20 lb domestically to 35 lb internationally.
Tarifa Flexi includes one of these bags free and Tarifa Plus includes two, both at the same weight limits. A traveler on Tarifa Light who wants a checked bag has to pay for it as an add-on.

Extra bag and overweight fees
An extra checked bag costs 35 USD on a domestic route, at 20 lb, or 35 USD on an international route, at 35 lb. That price holds on every fare tier. Going over the weight limit on a bag already checked costs 3 USD per pound over, again on every tier.
Other fees on the same fare page include a 5 USD or 3 USD seat selection charge on Light and Flexi. TagAssist runs 10 USD and a bicycle runs 115 USD. Pets in the cabin or an unaccompanied minor each run 100 USD, but only on domestic flights.
Changing your flight
Tarifa Light charges 99 USD per passenger plus any fare difference to change date or destination before departure. Flexi charges 49 USD plus the fare difference. Plus includes the change and bills only the fare difference.
A change made within 24 hours after the original departure costs 100 USD on all three fares.
What travelers actually run into at the gate
