Anyone flying toward Ukraine today is routing through a neighboring country and finishing the trip overland. The baggage rules that matter are whichever airline actually issues the ticket. Compare that carrier’s own checked baggage policy and fee schedule before you pack.
Run your bag through the carry-on size checker against whichever airline’s cabin limit applies to your actual ticket. A bag that fit under Ukraine International’s old rules may not fit a Polish, Romanian, or Turkish carrier’s dimensions.
Watching for a restart
