Which Corendon are you actually flying
Corendon is a Turkish tourism group. It runs three separate airlines, and only two of them share the rules on this page. Corendon Airlines, IATA code XC, is based in Antalya, Turkey.
Its sister carrier Corendon Airlines Europe, IATA code XR, holds a Malta air operator certificate. Both post the same baggage figures on corendonairlines.com, the source for every number below.
Corendon Dutch Airlines is the third carrier in the group. It flies under CD flight numbers out of the Netherlands, with its own site at corendon.nl. This guide does not cover CD flights.

How the Corendon Airlines baggage policy changes by fare
The cabin bag is not a given here. It is an add-on tied to fare class. A 10 kg bag at 55 by 40 by 25 cm comes included only on Flex, Comfort and Premium fares.
Eco, Promo and Lite passengers get a personal item and nothing more in the cabin. The personal item is the same across every fare. It is one underseat bag at 40 by 30 by 20 cm, capped at 4 kg.
It has to fit under the seat ahead of you, not in the overhead bin. Sizing sits close to the general European carry-on norms. A bag that clears most European low-cost carriers should clear Corendon too.
Worth doing before you leave home: run your actual bag through a size check. Do not trust the tape measure at the store.
Checked baggage by fare
Checked baggage climbs with the fare you buy. It does not sit at one flat number. The two cheapest fares skip a checked bag entirely.

That is the shape of the Corendon Airlines baggage policy in one table. A ninth extra piece is technically for sale on top of any fare. Corendon prices it by weight, not by a flat rate.
Extra bags, overweight and oversize fees
Buying weight online is consistently the cheaper move. A 15 kg bag online runs from EUR 40 to EUR 60, depending on the route. A 20 kg bag runs from EUR 50 to EUR 70, and a 32 kg bag from EUR 60 to EUR 80.
Show up without a reservation and Corendon will still sell 20 kg at the airport. It costs a flat EUR 80 there. Anything over 158 cm in total dimensions adds a separate EUR 50 oversize charge.
The same EUR 50 charge applies to any item that needs special handling. Turkish low-cost peer Pegasus Airlines and Turkish Airlines budget arm AJet both price extra weight the same way, by the kilo.
Run the numbers through a baggage cost calculator first. Online is not automatically cheaper for every weight.
Sports gear and special baggage
Golf gets its own price list. Up to 50 sets fly per aircraft, at EUR 30 for the first 23 kg. After that it is EUR 10 per kilogram.
Tennis gear travels inside a normal checked bag at no extra charge. Drones fly in the cabin only. The lithium-ion battery has to stay under 100 watt-hours, with the contacts taped and bagged separately.
Anyone unsure about a specific battery should check the site’s rules for batteries and electronics first. Infants get 10 kg of checked baggage of their own, plus one free stroller or car seat in the hold.
What Corendon does not always enforce
The rule on paper is not always the rule at the gate. One traveler flying Gatwick to Crete reported that staff weighed both checked bags and cabin bags. That included personal items, and it applied to economy passengers.
Another traveler flying to Antalya said the opposite happened. Nobody checked the weight of their cabin bag or personal item, in either direction. They also noted that checking in online ahead of time seemed to lower the odds of getting stopped.
Airports and individual staff clearly vary. The safer plan on an Eco or Promo fare is to pack as if your bag will be weighed every time. SunExpress flies many of the same Turkish routes, and travelers report similar spot checks there too.
