StarFlyer is a Japanese domestic carrier based in Kitakyushu. It flies one international route to Taipei. It carries no US routes of its own.
What StarFlyer allows in the cabin

The Taipei route runs on different numbers
StarFlyer’s lone international service, Kitakyushu to Taipei, uses its own allowance. It is not the same as the domestic one.
Checked baggage there is free up to 30 kilograms per passenger. Single pieces cannot exceed 32 kilograms. The household total across all bags stops at 100 kilograms.
Bag size follows a 203 centimeter combined dimension cap, common on many Asian carriers. Excess weight is billed per kilogram rather than per piece, in yen departing Japan or Taiwan dollars departing Taipei.
No US flights, but the connection still matters
StarFlyer does not fly to or from the United States. No page here can quote a US specific StarFlyer rule, because none exists.
Travelers connecting from a US carrier onto a StarFlyer domestic leg should expect StarFlyer’s own limits to take over. That segment gets rechecked in Japan under StarFlyer rules, not the US carrier’s checked allowance.
