A personal item such as a laptop bag or handbag is capped at 40 by 30 by 15cm. Business fare passengers get two carry-on bags instead of one. Each stays at 10kg or below, for a combined 20kg.

No. T’way Air’s Americas grouping covers Guam and Saipan, both US territories, plus its newer Vancouver service in Canada. There is no Los Angeles route on the airline’s own network pages.
If a booking site shows a T’way flight through LAX, it is a codeshare or connecting itinerary. It is not a segment T’way itself operates.
