That is about 15.7×11.8×7.9 inches. If you flew ANA before this year, it is worth revisiting your carry-on plan. The new allowance is real, but it runs smaller than many US carriers permit.
Carry-on baggage size and weight
ANA caps carry-on baggage at 55x40x25cm. In inches, that is roughly 21.7×15.7×9.8. The linear total, all three sides added, cannot exceed 115cm, about 45 inches.
