Lion Air, Wings Air, and Super Air Jet share the same parent group. Their domestic economy passengers get a free checked allowance of zero. Which Batik Air this covers
Two airlines use the Batik Air name today. Batik Air Indonesia, code ID, launched in 2013. It still runs as the full service arm of the Lion Air Group.
Batik Air Malaysia, code OD, is a separate company. It is the rebranded former Malindo Air, with its own fleet and fares. It has no link to Malaysia’s national airline, despite the shared geography and name.

Flights on Wings Air’s ATR turboprops use a smaller box instead: 35 by 30 by 20 centimeters. A personal item rides free alongside the cabin bag. The airline names a laptop bag, a tote, reading material, or baby gear as acceptable extras.
Checked baggage included with every fare
The free checked allowance is 20 kilograms in economy and 30 kilograms in business. The same numbers apply on domestic Indonesian routes and on international ones. A single piece cannot exceed 32 kilograms regardless of cabin, the point where most airport scales simply refuse the bag.

On those tickets the allowance becomes two pieces. Economy gets 23 kilograms per piece, business gets 32. That is instead of a flat weight total.

Buying extra baggage
